Degree Info

UNDERGRADUATE MAJOR:

Students interested in Educational Interpreting can earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education and Rehabilitation, with a concentration in Deaf Studies.  Within this major, students may choose their own emphasis area from the following choices:

  • Educational Interpreting
  • Teacher Preparation
  • Counseling
  • Family Studies
  • Psychology
  • Or create your own custom emphasis area

 

UNDERGRADUATE MINOR:

Alternatively, students can earn a minor in Special Education and Rehabilitation.  This minor consists of 18 units, and will be custom-designed by each student along with program director and advisor, Dr. Cindy Volk.

 

GRADUATE STUDIES:

Unfortunately we do not offer a graduate degree in Educational Interpreting.
